Synopsis
Chris Peacock serves clients in East Central Indiana and West Central Ohio as an area representative for the Halderman Companies. He has been performing services in real estate, farm management and appraisals for Halderman clients since 1997. Raised on family farm in Randolph County, Indiana, Chris continues to reside there and owns farmland with his family. Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. He has passed the Uniform Standard and Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Chris is involved in numerous community activities involving agriculture, including being an Associate Supervisor of Randolph County Soil and Water Conservation District and several activities with the Randolph County 4-H Fair.
Background
Raised on a family farm east of Winchester, Indiana and helped operate grain, cattle, and hog farm during high school. Began grain farming with father and raising hogs after college graduation in May 1983. Extensive experience in representing large-scale farm institutional funds as well as individual farmland investors.
Education
Accredited Land Consultant, Received the Distinguished Accredited Land Consultant Designation in 2015 Purdue University - Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics, Business and Farm Management. Successfully complete real estate salesperson license courses in Ohio, real estate broker license courses in Indiana and real estate broker license courses in Georgia. Passed Uniform Standard and Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP)
