Synopsis
He brings an impressive resume of real estate and auction experience totaling 46 years as a 2nd generation auctioneer and nearly 5,000 public auctions primarily in southwest Ohio. Specializing in the multi-parcel method of selling land, Kramer was the first to use this method in his region.
Background
As a lifelong resident of Preble County, Kramer resides with his wife Debbie in Eaton, Ohio. He is a two-year veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Kramer has three children and enjoys spending his leisure time doing family activities and pursuing his golf game.
Education
As a graduate of Ohio State University, he obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) majoring in Real Estate. Additional accolades consist of; certified Auctioneer Institute (CAI) graduate, Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate (AARE) graduate, Ohio and Indiana auctioneer licensee as well as an Ohio real estate sales licensee.
