Synopsis
Jim Clark has been serving Halderman clients since 1983 in Central Indiana primarily in the counties of Boone, Carroll, Clinton, Hamilton, Hancock, Hendricks, Marion, Tippecanoe, and Tipton. Jim uses his experience in Central Indiana to conduct farm appraisals, to help clients buy and sell farm real estate, and to provide farm management and lease negotiation services. Jim has been recognized many times over the years for his exemplary service. Jim was named Area Manager of the Year in 1992, 2003, and 2008; Real Estate Salesperson of the Year in 1992, 2003, and 2008; and Farm Manager of the Year in 2005-2008, 2011, and 2015-2016. Jim was also awarded the Halderman Eagle Award in 2013.
Background
Jim Clark was raised on a 1,200 acre grain and livestock farm in Clinton County, Indiana where he worked in every aspect of the family farm operation. He still helps manage the family farm operation and owns farmland in Clinton and Boone Counties. Jim graduated from Purdue University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics in 1983 and has been employed with the Halderman Companies since that time.
