Synopsis
I specialize in farm management, real estate, and appraisal services across East Central and Northeast Indiana. With a deep-rooted passion for agriculture, I am committed to helping clients optimize their farmland investments. Based in the Bluffton office, I work alongside my father, Rick Johnloz, continuing a family tradition of excellence in service. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or exchange farmland, need an appraisal or Broker Price Opinion (BPO), or require consulting or full-service farm management for an acquired or purchased farmland asset, I am here to provide the help that you need.
Background
As a second-generation Halderman employee, I have been immersed in the farm management and real estate industry from an early age, gaining valuable exposure and hands-on experience. I was born and raised in Bluffton, Indiana where I currently reside. I graduated from Purdue University in May of 2024 and am an alumni of Alpha Gamma Rho fraternity.
Education
Purdue University – Bachelor of Science in Farm Management and minor in Crop Science with certificate in Entrepreneurship. Real Estate School offered by PDH Academy.
